You can receive a teleconsultation from anywhere, eliminating the need to visit the office and reducing waiting times.
With this innovative online service, patients can request a remote consultation from anywhere in the world. You will receive my personalized attention, allowing us to exchange clinical information and images to arrive at an accurate diagnosis and develop an appropriate.
I offer ongoing monitoring of your treatments (when applicable).
Recommendations
- To access our online consultation service, you will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection and a communication platform.
- If the teleconsultation is for a minor, they must be accompanied by an adult representative (such as a parent or grandparent).
- If you are an adult with mobility limitations or difficulty using technology, you may request assistance and attend the teleconsultation with someone who can help you.
First-Time Consultation
- Prerequisites: Panoramic X-rays, professional intraoral and extraoral photographs (8 photos), and depending on your case, a Dental CT scan, lab tests, digital impressions of your teeth, and more. These will help us get a clear understanding of your current oral health.
- During the appointment, we will cover:

Presentation of the estimate

Emergency Consultation
- During the appointment, we will:
- Assess your problem
- Review the events leading up to the issue
- Provide a possible diagnosis based on clinical, radiographic, photographic, and, if necessary, laboratory findings
- Manage your urgent care needs
- You will be scheduled for a follow-up appointment as soon as possible, either in person or virtually, depending on the situation.
2. If you experience a true emergency at night, on weekends, or during holidays, please visit a hospital or dental emergency center with an on-duty dentist for immediate care.
Control, Monitoring, or Follow-Up of Treatments
- Please schedule your appointment at least two days in advance.
- During the appointment, we will:
- Conduct a question and answer session to review your progress since our last visit (please prepare any questions in advance to make the most of our time).
- Arrange your next follow-up appointment, which may be either in person or virtual, based on your progress and current condition.
Consultation for a Second Opinion
With our innovative online option, you can receive a review of your treatment possibilities based on current scientific evidence.
There are two available modalities:
- Synchronous (Duration: 60 Minutes): Email me all relevant documentation of your case (diagnostic images, photographs, medical history, etc.) along with your specific questions. We will then analyze your case together during a real-time teleconsultation, allowing us to evaluate your situation and address your concerns simultaneously.
- Asynchronous: Email me all relevant documentation of your case (diagnostic images, photographs, medical history, etc.) along with your specific questions. I will review the information and respond via email within 5 days, providing a detailed report based on my analysis and answering your questions. If you have additional concerns, we can schedule a 20-minute follow-up teleconsultation.
